What are Featured Mentors

Featured Online Mentors are highlighted on the Careers & Mentoring Page and appear first in a search for advice in Ask An Alum (should they match the search criteria).

To be highlighted as an IDS Featured Mentor you must fulfill all of the following criteria:

  • Be opted in to online mentoring
  • A photo on your profile
  • Logged into the network in the last 6 months
  • Attended at least one mentors workshop in the last 18 months (there are two per year)

We review the Featured Mentors list at the beginning of each month.
