We are delighted to invite IDS students and alumni to attend the lunchtime seminar, International cooperation amid geopolitical rupture, hosted by MPhil Development Studies alumni.
Event details
The global rules-based order, forged as a response to the horrors of the second World War, is straining to survive amid a resurgence of nationalism. Can proponents of international development and universal human rights continue to play a significant role in this era?
A group of IDS Alumni with 20 plus years of professional experience will reflect on how they understand this moment of upheaval and how they are continuing to pursue humanitarian, development, and human rights objectives in an increasingly fractured world.
