Purpose of the position

Serve as the main point for the formulation of proposals and projects of the Mi Sangre Foundation. This position will work in close collaboration with the Foundation's Management, and the Projects, Finance and Monitoring and Evaluation teams to plan short, medium and long-term projects based on the Foundation's methodologies, guarantee compliance with the requirements of the donors, and network with local, national and international partners.

The Planning and Development Leader allows the Mi Sangre Foundation to discover and promote effective solutions for children, adolescents and young people to be leaders in the construction of a culture of peace, weaving proposals and networks to enable grants and private contracts and public with national and international cooperators.

 

Main responsibilities

●    Read the national and international context for the construction of networks and alliances.

●    Lead research and mapping of technical and financial cooperation opportunities at the national and international level.

●    Lead the formulation of the Foundation's proposals and projects (from the definition of the social intervention strategy and its technical and economic viability , to the detection of the necessary resources that the development of the objectives implies ).

●    Lead the formulation of the budget in coordination with the administrative and financial manager

●    Manage financial resources that guarantee the fulfillment of the Foundation's mission with private companies, the government and / or cooperation resources.

●    Lead the administrative process for the signing of agreements and the respective act of initiation of the projects.

●    Cultivate relationships with cooperators and allies, guaranteeing clear, formal, timely and fluid communication.

●    Update the information on projects, partners and cooperators in the Foundation's knowledge management platforms.

●    Represent the Foundation before allies, the community and / or local authorities.

●    Support the Foundation's management in strategic planning, especially in matters related to innovation and development of new approaches, methodologies, and programs.

●    Work in an articulated manner with the Foundation's Directorate to manage and activate networks and cooperators at the national and international level.

●    Accompany and advise on the monitoring and fulfillment of the Foundation's goals and indicators.
